No labels and ribbons will be included unless stated differently. We thoroughly test our printers and replace worn out parts if necessary. This includes printheads, rollers, belts, motors, etc. We always make sure that printheads have no lines and no dead pixels; platen rollers have no cracks, cuts or pits, etc. We are not liable for any consequential damages.
